Every month, we’ll let you know how our service to you measures up in two categories: punctuality and reliability. These indicators help us to provide a safe, comfortable, reliable, efficient, and punctual service for you.

That’s fine, but what do those categories even mean?

Glad you asked! Punctuality is us making sure that there’ll be a tram at the station for you when it’s scheduled to be there. Reliability is us making sure that our trams are available for service and are in good working order, so your journey is as comfortable as possible.
