Platform 2 Closed at Gold Coast University Hospital StationJanuary 27, 2017
From the 30th January, the Gold Coast University Hospital station will be undergoing construction for the Stage 2 extension to Helensvale. As part of the process, platform 2 will be closed. All passengers will need to disembark the tram onto Platform 1 (left hand side of the tram in direction of travel).
For all passengers wishing to visit the Gold Coast University Hospital, the pedestrian crossing at the front of the tram, by the tunnel entrance, will still be available. Please watch your step when crossing the tracks.
When returning to The G:, please board the tram via platform 1.
The extension construction will not affect the frequency of G:link services and trams will be running to their normal timetable.
