We could not be more excited that the one and only Tim Minchin has the first official set of keys to Home of the Arts! The genius musician and brilliant performer will officially launch HOTA’s brand new outdoor program of events with a free (yes, you read right, free!) concert to break in the new outdoor stage.
If you’re not familiar with Tim’s work, he’s a bad boy who uses his genius as a force for good. This is a rare opportunity to witness this exceptional showman and provocateur in an evening of music and irreverent humour. Nothing is off limits and if his past performances are anything to go by, you’re in for one heck of a night.
In addition to musical comedy, Tim Minchin is also the creative force behind Matilda the Musical, an actor and performer on TV’s Californication, Rock n Roll Nerd and the ABCs Secret River and Squinters, and musical theatre performer as Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar and many more.
