Little loves driving you bonkers? If you’re in need of a little reprieve from the wildlings, book them in for a session at The Mini Art Lab at Robina Town Centre. Running from April 3 to 15, the 30-minute workshops will be guided by Brisbane artist, Lauren Carney of Dizzy Little Dotty, who will be helping kids create their own masterpieces with sessions at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm daily. In the session, kids will learn how to use a variety of different markets and pencils to create a unique and colourful character. All materials will be provided and it’s just a gold coin donation, which will be gifted to OzHarvest, Bravehearts and ACT for Kids.
Missed out on the ticketed workshops? Don’t fret, Lauren will be hanging around in between so kids can still pop on in to do some colouring and activity sheets.
While the offspring is entertained, grab a coffee and check out the Detour Street Art Festival or head down to The Live Lawn to chill out and listen to live music and enjoy bites and brews from Malt House and Coopers Brewery.
