Due to important Stage 3 construction works, trams will not run between Cavill Avenue and Broadbeach South stations from 8pm until last service on Sunday 12, Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 October 2025.
During this time, buses will replace trams between these stations.
What you need to know:
– Bus replacements will follow the regular tram timetable.
– Please allow extra travel time and plan ahead.
– Replacement buses will depart from the tram replacement bus stops, marked with a green bus icon inside a black circle on station maps.
These works have been scheduled outside busy tram operating hours to keep you safe and minimise disruption while we connect the Stage 3 extension to the existing light rail network
