Reporting to the HSQE Manager, the HSQE Support will be responsible for:
- HSQE IT management system (online platform) administration;
- Audit and inspection documentation administration;
- Incident and investigation documentation administration;
- Preparation of agendas and taking and distributing meeting minutes for various HSQE meetings;
- Review of incident reports and escalate reportable or notifiable incidents to the HSQE Manager;
- Assist in developing monthly, quarterly, and six-monthly HSQE reports as directed;
- Hazard report administration;
- Corrective Actions Register (CAR) administration from corrective actions identified in incident investigation reports, audit and inspection reports, risk assessments, hazard reports, and various other sources;
- Legislative change alerts administration, including notification to the Head of HSQE any changes relevant to the business;
- Preparing and submitting purchase orders for HSQE goods and services;
- Administration of required HSQE registers.
