Schoolies will soon descend on Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, starting 16 November 2019. But there’s no need to change your travel plans, because G:link has it covered.
From the 16 to 23 November 2019, the G: will be running an extra service on week-day evenings to get the Schoolies home again. To all our regular passengers, our tram services will remain the same and run to a regular timetable, so there’s no need to change your plans.
The G:link would like to welcome all Schoolies and remind them there is NO FREE TRAVEL on the tram and to purchase a ticket or touch their go card at the beginning and end of each trip. Heavy fines apply to those who don’t travel with a valid ticket.
