Looking to commemorate ANZAC Day on 25 April? We will have extra trams will be running on ANZAC Day, 25 April, from 3.30am to help you get to dawn services. Our 15-minute frequency will begin from all stations at 3.30am and run through until 7am. Regular services will resume from 7am and continue as normal throughout the day.
Remember that there may be crowds, so plan ahead and ensure that you pay for your fare before you board the G:

- Contactless Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit or debit card or digital wallet linked to your smartphone, smart watch, or smart device. Please present one card or device per passenger travelling. Make sure to tap your card or device on the validator when you start and finish your trip.
- go card – please tap your go card to a validator on the station platform at the beginning and end of each trip.
- a pre-purchased paper ticket. Available from fare machines located at G:link stations. Paper tickets are valid for one way travel only.
Always remember to tap on and tap off. Fines apply if you are caught riding the G: without a valid ticket!
