The Southport Sharks have your Australia Day celebrations sorted with a huge day of family entertainment on Sunday January 26.
Mark Divola will kick things off at 12:00 pm performing on the main stage, followed by a free live reptile show at 4:00 pm. Get the kids involved at 5:00 pm with face painting and the kids disco with LOL Crew on the main stage. Feed the family from 5:30 pm at Frenzy’s buffet, which will have all your Aussie dinner favourites including lamb chops, sausages, pavlova, lamingtons, minute steak and lamb roast. Then ease into the evening at 7:30 pm with Acoustic BBQ Trio performing a set of Aussie classics.
The event is also part of the Southport Sharks Bushfire Relief Fundraiser running over the entire long weekend, with $1 from every beverage sold on the day going directly to the Gold Coast Rural Fire Brigade.
