So, what’s on the menu? Coffin Bay oysters, crisp calamari with sea salt, lemon myrtle and citrus aioli and heirloom beetroot salad with pear, candied walnuts, baked ricotta and honey mustard vinaigrette. Next up is Borrowdale pork with fig jam, free range chicken breast with sweetcorn textures and finally, strawberry shortcake.
Wash it down with a glass of Domaine Chandon Sparkling Wine or upgrade to Moët Chandon Brut Impérial for just $10 extra. For an extra special treat, there is Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV, Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé and even 2006 Dom Pérignon available as part of the package (additional charges apply).
