Kick off the festivities at Garden Kitchen & Bar’s exclusive Herradura Tequila Dinner on Thursday May 5. Guests will be treated to canapes on arrival followed by a three-course Mexican-inspired dinner alongside specially curated Herradura cocktails and live entertainment. Need specifics? Munch on an entree of corn tostada topped with prawn, tomatillo, peppers, basil and queso fresco paired with a zesty grapefruit Paloma. For the main affair, guests will enjoy honey-and-chipotle glazed salmon with sweetcorn, black beans and oregano, matched with a spicy jalapeno de la Casa. Bringing your feast to a fitting finale is a Mexican chocolate pave with berries and cinnamon ice-cream.

Standard tickets are $125 per person, however those who are keen to really up the ante can opt for a premium ticket, which includes an exclusive pre-dinner tequila tasting with a Herradura Brand Ambassador in the venue’s hidden tequila bar, Veladora. Premium tickets are $175 per person.

The Cinco de Mayo fun continues at Veladora throughout the weekend with extended operating hours, live entertainment and a specially curated beverage menu, which includes a special Herradura Tasting Flight featuring The Star Double Barrel, Anejo and Selection Suprema.
