If you’re keen to soak up the afternoon sunshine with a gin (or tin) in hand, then you’ll want to head along to the Gins & Tins Sunday Sessions at Aviary Rooftop Bar in Southport. The soiree is held every single Sunday from midday and runs through to 10:00 pm for the late-night revellers. Each Sunday a different local musician will take the stage from 2:00 pm with a series of acoustic scores to set the scene while you make very important decisions like what to drink and nibble. Speaking of, there will be $15 pizzas on offer as well as spritzes from Brookie’s Gin and beer from Pirate Life. There will also be some giant board games on hand so you can dominate your mates.
