Burleigh Heads’ resident Australiana bar is teaming up with a Byron Hinterland legend for a special takeover on Sunday March 15.
Joining Rosella’s bar for the night is the amazing team from Harvest Newrybar, just south of the border. Harvest has one of the best reputations in Norther NSW for farm- fresh, organic produce, and they will be bringing their renowned flair and flavours to the takeover of Rosella’s. Featuring Harvest chef’s Alastair Waddell and David Aznar, expect to taste weird and wonderful cocktails and jaffles from 5:00 pm on March 15, available until sold out.
