The FIFA Women’s World Cup is here and there’s no better place to watch the games than Sports Bar at The Star Gold Coast.
Watch Australia’s Matilda’s live on the big screen as they play on the biggest stage in football on Thursday July 27. The night gets even more exciting as you can join The Star Gold Coast for an exclusive Q&A with ex-Matilda’s defender, Servet Uzunlar. Servet played for Australia U/20’s on 13 occasions before going on to represent the Matilda’s on 48 occasions throughout her 15-year career as a professional football player. During her time playing at international level Servet represented the Matilda’s at the 2010 AFC Asian Cup (and was part of the team who won the competition), the 2011 Germany World Cup and the 2015 Canada World Cup.
The evening will be hosted by Triple M’s Ali Plath and Peter ‘Spida’ Everitt, with the Q&A starting at 7:00 pm and the game kicking off at 8:00 pm. Don your green and gold and see you there!
