The glamorous luncheon is luring punters with an exquisite five-course set-menu lunch accompanied by a delightful three-hour drinks package including a welcome beverage on arrival. Your feast will begin with a taste of Coffin Bay oysters with prosecco granita followed by Vanella burratina with fig and Villiani prosciutto. Next up will be Australian Bay lobster risotto followed by the main affair, the Milly Hill lamb rack with smoked eggplant puree. Your Italian feast will be brought to a spectacular close with a colourful dolci tropicana.
