Lights, camera, action! In celebration of the Gold Coast Film Festival’s 20th anniversary and the Gold Coast as a leading film making destination, Pacific Fair Studios is providing FREE kids cinematic workshops.
Workshops are available daily during the school holidays from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. While books are not essential, we recommend reserving a spot to avoid missing out on your preferred time!
Workshop Options:
Cinematic Animation: Kids can create a thaumatrope and learn how animation was discovered to develop motion pictures. They’ll get a chance to draw an image on each side of a disk before twirling it to blend the two drawings into one!
Cinematic Costume: Your little ones can show their creative flair by creating a costume accessory.
Cinematic Film: Kids will learn the ropes of green screens and how they can make things fly, disappear or visit the bottom of the sea in movies!
