Pacific Fair is hosting a free community walking group to help add a little non-strenuous exercise into your week! Brought to the centre by the Heart Foundation, the club will gather to walk every Thursday morning from 7.30 am within a safe, accessible and air-conditioned environment. Walk throughout the centre taking steps to a healthier lifestyle socialising and making friends along the way. Open to all ages and walkers are encouraged to walk at their own pace, so it doesn’t matter if you are new to physical activity, bringing your pram or are recovering from a health issue.
Pacific Fair Walking Club will meet at the Ground Floor Concierge Desk near Boost Juice every Thursday morning and run for 30 to 45 minutes.
