Now in its third year, the Sand Safari Arts Festival’s Street Art Battle is returning to the The Avenue in Surfers Paradise on Sunday February 23.
Grab your pals and immerse yourself in the creative world as you watch 15 top artists compete in a live street art competition where the winner will claim the title and have their mural featured at The Avenue. A varied range of mediums and styles will be featured including graffiti, tattoo, modern, abstract, contemporary, performance and freestyle. Artists will have an hour to complete their work of art which will then be auctioned off, with all proceeds going to The Common Good.
The Street Art Battle will run from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with heaps of entertainment and live music throughout the afternoon and evening.
