The 24-hour concert SUPERNOVA is a marathon endurance performance by one of Australia’s leading concert pianists, composers and creative minds – Charlie Chan.
Featuring special guests, creative friends and supporters, this never-before-attempted concert event serves as a retrospective of Charlie’s 40-year career as a virtuoso pianist and composer.
The concert will incorporate curated sections/phases which will bring together a mix of energetic and dynamic performance, classical, contemporary, jazz and experimental, along with a deeply relaxing, meditative and often wondrous experience of creativity and ingenuity, all live, all day, all night, on HOTA’s Outdoor Stage.
