This is the first championship of Altinha in Australia. Altinha is a sport that has its origins and fundamentals in the Footvolley. It is known to be played by four players and the goal is to keep the ball in the air for the longest time doing tricks and attacks during the game.

The event is open to the public and will start at 8am. We will have workshops during the event for those who feels like trying to learn how to play. The main attraction of the event is the Championship that will start at 10 am and finish around 5pm. The point is to enjoy a day in the beach playing Altinha all day. Having fun and competing in the same time.

The tickets to join the Event is only for the players.

The Tournament:
The team consist in 4 players. In the first phase of the championship each team will have two presentations of 5 minutes each.
It is going to be evaluated by the judges:
-Harmony
-Tricks
-Time
-Ball control
-Intensity
-Aggressiveness
-Creativity

Only the best score out of the two presentations will be considered. The teams with the highest scores will pass for the next phase.

*The organisation suggests mixed-sex teams.

The Inscription:
-$60 per team
-This includes participation in the Event + Access to the Athletes lounge + Athlete Kit
-Each athlete will have to pay extra $5 to the individual vest
