Dinner Under The Stars Cabanas
Spending a starlit evening in a coastal-luxe poolside cabana is the ultimate in romance, and QT’s Dinner Under the Stars Cabanas are just the place to experience it! Kick back and relax while taking in the poolside vibes and being treated to a twilight dinner for two. Be wined and dined with a glass of Veuve on arrival, followed by a three-course dinner while you relax in your own private cabana at The Spring. Bazaar Marketplace
Bazaar Marketplace is known for serving up an array of delectable dining choices, from trawler-fresh seafood, Moreton Bay bugs and Asian delights to salads plucked fresh from QT’s rooftop garden and the finest spread of sweet treats. Valentine’s Day isn’t just about the couples, so grab your pals, your gals or heck – even your parents and treat your tastebuds. If you do end up bringing your amour, make sure you don’t miss the fondue dessert ‘love station,’ aphrodisiac trolley and a cupid waitress spreading the love. Yamagen is known for its decadent take on modern Japanese dining, and is the perfect place to indulge your senses this Valentine’s Day. Executive chef Adam Lane will be curating an unforgettable seven-course feast of dishes designed to be shared (which includes a delicious desert and a drink on arrival). Enjoy the flirty fusion of modern dining and classic luxury with an evening that promises to be one of the favourite Valentines’ Day events on the Gold Coast. Can’t make it on the day itself? Stingray Lounge Heartbreak Hotel: Drunk In Love menu
To celebrate QT’s pop up Museum of Love and Disappointments, a publicly-curated shrine to people’s past relationships including the good, the bad and the ugly, Stingray Lounge will have a “Drunk In Love” menu for the month of February featuring a line up of cocktails named after cliché break up and relationship lines.
