Looking to up the ante this Valentine’s Day? Let renowned chef Alex Munoz Labart and his team take you and your lover on a delicious journey, driven by the season’s best produce. Alex and the team have curated a special one-off set menu for Friday February 14, which kicks off with Burleigh Baker baguettes and caramelised butter, and burrata with cucumber, strawberries and basil oil. Next is heirloom tomato with caper, shallot and tuna mayonnaise, then ocean trout with rainbow chard and sauce Florentine. It’ll peak with Jack’s Creek rump cap with onion and herb sauce, followed by manchego with Queensland honeycomb and lavosh. To finish?
