Enjoy your choice of entree, which includes either citrus-cured salmon tartare, Sydney rock oysters or a delightful smoked-duck salad. For the main affair, carve into a primo cut of Grand Chester tenderloin, before bringing your feast to a fitting finale with the Sweet Mother of Chocolate dessert, which is every bit as decadent as it sounds. The shared menu is $130 for two, or the a la carte menu is available for those who prefer to choose their own culinary adventure.

The Italians have an incredible gift for making every meal a cause for celebration and you can guarantee that they will be upping the ante for the day of love. This Valentine’s Day, delight your loved one with an evening of divine Italian flavours via a carefully curated food journey starting with tastes of roasted veal, buffalo mozzarella and semolina-coated squid. Then, it’s onto Milly Hill lamb and garlic-prawn herb risotto.
