Ready your engines Surfers Paradise, because the countdown to the 2025 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 has begun, signalling a weekend-long celebration of Supercars, action and entertainment.
As Surfers Paradise is transformed into the world’s toughest streetcar circuit, 200,000 fans are expected to turn out to see their favourites racers take on the coast and world-class entertainers headlining the weekend.
The event will see the Gold Coast host the opening round of the brand-new Repco Supercars Championship Finals Series, where the top ten drivers will battle it out in two finals races through the streets of Surfers Paradise.
On Friday October 24, The Stafford Brothers are bringing their electronic DJ act to the Gold Coast 500, boosting the festival atmosphere and keeping energy high. Matt and Chris are Australia’s biggest DJ duo, having worked with Lil Wayne, earned ARIA nomination and toured around the world. Joining them is Brooke Evers, one of Australia’s most prominent female DJs, who has taken her tunes across the world.
Fuel up for Saturday night because on October 25, the internationally beloved electronic pair, Groove Armada, will headline the concert to deliver one of their legendary performances. The duo have performed sold-out world tours and earned Grammy and Brit Award nominations in their two-decade long career, and are now bringing their world class act to Surfers Paradise.
The combination of sports racing and live music makes this an energetic, octane-fuelled party that is unmissable for race fans.
