In this captivating retelling, young Cinderella, overlooked and mistreated by her stepfamily, embarks on a journey that proves the strength of the human spirit. With unwavering kindness and the guiding hand of her enchanting fairy godmother, she rises above adversity, illuminating the path to her own happily ever after.
Under the creative direction of artistic director Clare Morehen, who also choreographed the production, Cinderella promises a breathtaking retelling of the beloved fairytale. Accompanied by Prokofiev’s amazing score conducted by Lucas D. Lynch, BTQ’s executive and music director, the production will showcase the exceptional talent of the company’s young performers. With a stellar cast, stunning visuals, and live music from the Cadenza Chamber Players, this unforgettable performance is a must-see for ballet and arts lovers of all ages.
